Responsibilities
- Tickets — the backing store for support tickets: creation, lookup, status and worklog entries. Contributes ticket operations to the BFF supergraph.
- Ticket numbers & worklogs — owns ticket-number generation and worklog semantics.
- Federated — reached only through the BFF; the assistant's ticket tools and the studio's Create Ticket stepper both flow through it.
Relationship to the assistant
The AI assistant's ticket tools call ticketing through the BFF, and the Create Ticket stepper emits those same tools — so a ticket created by chat and one created by the stepper are the same operation against the same backend.
