The rep console (@csa/studio, port 3000) is the human UI on top of these
services; this documentation portal (@csa/docs-site, port 3001) is a separate
static site.
Each backend binds 127.0.0.1 locally and 0.0.0.0 under Cloud Run (detected
via K_SERVICE). Each backend service has its own Dockerfile and Terraform.
